Pasó a sanción proyecto de ordenanza, iniciativa del Movimiento MIRA que será la encargada de crear un Catálogo de la Actividad Pública Inmobiliaria -CAPIV-, herramienta útil para la Administración Pública y la ciudadanía, como un método que brinda control, transparencia, objetividad y seguridad económica. 

El CAPIV, surgió producto del Debate de Control Político promovido por la Diputada de MIRA, Guillermina Bravo, realizado el pasado mes de abril, donde se concluyó, que aunque el Valle del Cauca tiene 1.598 propiedades, este inventario requiere organización, seguimiento y control, porque se desconocen datos como el estado físico, comercial y contractual, que dejan expuestos estos bienes al detrimento.

“Con el CAPIV el Valle del Cauca contará con información actualizada y pública en la Internetque le permitirá a la comunidad y la Administración Pública la posibilidad de comparar, evaluar, realizar un análisis y tomar decisiones sobre los bienes inmuebles del Departamento”, señaló la diputada Guillermina Bravo Montaño.
